What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please fill out our Replacement/Repair/Store Credit Request Form within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
How long does processing and shipping take?
It can take up to 3-5 business days to processand make your order. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days. Express shipping is 3-5 business days. If your order is delayed, you will be notified right away.
Can I exchange my pieces for a different style or size?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. Please follow sizing guidelines and double-check your personal sizing before ordering — we’re always happy to help guide you if you’re unsure!

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because every piece is handmade with uniquely sourced items with extremely limited inventory, refunds are not accepted. We do take Replacement/Repair/Store Credit Requests for damaged pieces.
What if my jewelry breaks or discolors?
With proper care, breakage and discoloration beyond normal wear shouldn’t happen. We use high-quality materials, but like all delicate jewelry, how you treat it matters. If your piece is exposed to harsh chemicals, excessive water, excessive force, or isn’t stored properly, it may affect its appearance or integrity.
You can submit a Replacement/Repair/Store Credit Request form up to 90 days from delivery date. Slipfast will work with you to find the best solution based on the state of your damaged piece.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
All chains and metal findings used in Slipfast jewelry are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. However, some of our beads and charms are ethically sourced from vintage collections, thrift stores, estate sales, craft fairs, and other small businesses, which means their exact material composition isn’t always known. While we do our best to choose skin-safe materials, we can’t guarantee that every recycled or upcycled element is completely allergen-free. If you have severe sensitivities, please reach out — we're happy to guide you toward our safest options.
Sunshine Cleaning Cloths
All orders come with a complimentary Sunshine Polishing & Cleaning Cloth. Sunshine specializes in jewelry cleaning and maintenance.
Yellow cloth is for sterling silver ONLY
Blue cloth is for all other materials
Care Instructions
They can handle water, but sweat, harsh chemicals, lotions, soaps, salt water, or perfumes require cleaning.
Rinse with fresh water
Pat dry
Clean with Sunshine cloth
Store in a cool, dry place

How do I know what size to order?
All product listings have specific size measurements in inches. Use a string or a soft measuring tape to get your correct size. We do not currently accept exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Should I order the size closest to my exact measurements?
You know your body best. We recommend sizing up when in doubt. For example, you wouldn’t want an anklet that fits so snug to your ankle that you can’t freely move around. Slipfast sizes were created with that in mind.

Do you do custom pieces?
We do take on limited custom orders when possible! If you have something special in mind — a certain length, charm combo, or a vision you’re dreaming up — we’d love to hear about it. Fill out the Custom Order Form with the details, and we’ll let you know if it’s doable.
